Quantum Medical Business Service (QMBS)
Client Objective
Quantum Medical Business Service contacted ACI to discuss design enhancements and suggestions for an improved content management solution (CMS) for their corporate website. The client was seeking a more high tech, professional, and interactive website that utilized their existing corporate branding elements. In addition, Quantum Medical Business Services wanted to explore the creation of a client portal where approved customers could securely log in to access and view reports. This would eliminate the need for QMBS staff to print and mail customer reports each month, thereby improving internal business processes.
ACI Vision
ACI redesigned the existing website by creating a high-tech, interactive template highlighting the history, services, and resources offered by Quantum Medical Business Service. The new website features new components and functionality such as dynamic news, site search, Google map and directions, and a custom built client portal. ACI recommended and configured a new web-based content management solution (CMS) called Joomla that allows staff to manage the reports and clients through a secure login.
