ACI provides full hosting services for our customers without requiring long term contracts or locked domains. We maintain a suite of servers on a secure network. All websites include an SSL certificate for added security. Back-ups are tested regularly so when necessary a site can be recovered and restored in a timely manner. Hosting packages include website monitoring using NodePing. Alerts are configured to notify the ACI team of outage or application issues so they can be resolved in a timely manner.
Email Hosting
ACI utilizes Rackspace for email hosting services. Rackspace provides:

Server Administration & Security
ACI’s standard approach to server and data management includes the use of various techniques ensuring no data loss, maximum server operation time, and a rapid recovery process. Our data protection procedures ensure ACI can react quickly and efficiently to any data loss due to any catastrophic event. To further safeguard any data, ACI practices a daily data backup to a secure offsite location in case of a catastrophic event within the physical location of the data center, such as fire, flood, or terrorist action.
Network and hosting security are handled by Cisco Adaptive Security Appliances (ASA). The ASA provides a suite of protective services including firewall and intrusion prevention. ACI servers are set up on a virtualized system that is backed up offsite daily.
